Please note that the trainers will use a laptop, with which they will run PowerPoint presentations for the theoretical aspects of courses. If you are able to provide a projector and screen, trainers will be able to connect to your equipment to make the presentation material more visible to delegates. If not, we can provide the equipment.

Delegate/Trainer Ratio
For all on-road sessions the trainer/delegate ratio is determined by the seating capacity of the vehicle (normally 2-3 delegates).

Please ensure vehicles meet the legal requirements before commencement of the course - the training may not go ahead should any defect be found which makes the vehicle illegal and training costs will still be incurred.

All vehicles must be fitted with seatbelts. We will not conduct training in vehicles without seatbelts for the driver and passenger(s).

Licence Check:
Please ensure that all delegates required to drive have a valid signed driving licence for the category of vehicle they will be driving.

Eyesight Check:
Please ensure that delegates’ eyesight meets the minimum legal requirement (able to read a new style number plate at a distance of 66 feet or 20 metres) Highway Code Rule 92 – Vision 2015 edition.

All delegates are expected to attend for the duration of the course. The client shall be responsible for ensuring that delegates are notified of training dates and venues.

Dress Code:
Delegates are expected to dress casual but smart and to wear comfortable driving shoes.
